William (Bill) O’shea’s art immediately struck a responsive chord with his distinctive depictions of the Australia that we all recognise and hold precious. In 1980 Bill was lured away from Sydney to stage an exhibition in Stuart Town. The Central West loved Bill’s work and why not - as Bill says “I paint what i see - i don’t try to improve on nature”! Bill has achieved world wide acclaim with exhibitions in Rhode Island (NY) and most major art centers in Australia.
