Refund policy

Change of mind: 30-day returns
If you’re not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original packaging with the hang tag attached. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and the original shipping charge is not refunded.

Faulty or incorrect items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us within 30 days and we’ll replace or refund it, including shipping costs. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

How to return an item

1. Email richard@seemenow.net.au with your order number and the reason for your return.
2. Post the item to: The Artists Label, Unit 3, 525 New South Head Road, Double Bay NSW 2028, Australia. For items over $75 we recommend using tracked postage.

Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we’ll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are made to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Gifts
If the item was bought as a gift and posted directly to you, we’ll give you store credit for its value.
