Inspired by travels through Sicily, this artwork reflects the grandeur and quiet beauty of historic church interiors. Rich colour, light and intricate forms evoke a sense of wonder and reverence. The original painting was selected as a finalist in a major Australian art award.
About the artist
I’m an Australian artist from the World Heritage listed Blue Mountains. After living in Tel Aviv, London, New York and France for decades, I decided to move to the beautiful Blue Mountains. I obtained my Diploma in Fine Arts in 2012. I paint in a studio surrounded by flowers and nature, close to bushwalks and mountains outside my door.
