The story behind the artwork
I travel this great country four times a year and Victoria often lives up to its reputation for having temperamental weather. Four seasons in a day, four times a day is not far from the truth! On the upside I have noticed and photographed many beautiful rainbows whilst in Victoria because you get sun one moment and rain the next. This one is on The great ocean road just east of Lorne. I think Victoria should call itself the rainbow state!
About the artist
Owner of The Artists Label Richard has always been an artist and loves taking photos as he travels around Australia for work. This year he has decided to start painting some of the images he captures in watercolour to reconnect with painting and improve his artistic skills.
